Adelis Equity Partners was founded in 2012 with the goal of becoming the preeminent private equity firm focused on the Nordic lower middle market. As owners Adelis is knowledgeable, active, transparent and respectful of the specificities of the businesses they invest in. Adelis Equity is based in Stockholm with offices in Copenhagen as well. In 2015 the company had a total AUM of €420 million. Current investments include Intersport (Sweden) , MedGroup (Finland), NGI (Denmark) and others.

Situation:

Adelis is interested in the Danish and Nordic hosting and cloud market and wants to investigate the market and players in the market.

Assignment:
