Falck Safety Services is responsible for the full value chain of the operation in the Netherlands, including sales, operation, service, HR, finance, marketing etc..

Situation:

The industry is under severe pressure due to changes in oil prices, and thereby reduced investment in training etc.. This has put the company under severe pressure, and Falck Corporate decided to dismiss the managing director for the Dutch operation.

Assignment:

Interim Managing Director and country manager for Falck Safety Services in the Netherlands for 7 months. Based out of Rotterdam, the management of Falck Safety Services was taken for an interim period.
